The Incident types form is displayed when you select the Incident types option from the Miscellaneous Menu. These are used when creating an incidents, they would be set to identify different types if incident, which could occur.
The following fields are displayed on the form:
Incident Type: Enter up to a ten character type code.
Incident Description: Enter up to a thirty character description.
Event Type: Enter up to a ten character event type.
Default RTS Code: Enter the RTS code, that you wish to default for the incident type. When the WIP is created within Point-of-Sale, this will populate the appropriate RTS code against the incident type chosen.
