Importing MA Journal

The Importing MA journal allows you to input the PC file name of the MA journal you wish to import.

To access the Importing MA Journal form:

1. From the Master menu, select the Management accounts option and the company you require

   The MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS menu is displayed.

2. Select the Import Budget Options option

   The IMPORT BUDGET OPTIONS menu is displayed.

3. Select the Import Budget file from PC option

   The Importing MA Journal form is displayed.

 The Importing MA Journal form is displayed when the Import Budget file from PC option is selected from the IMPORT BUDGET OPTIONS menu.

PC file name to import: Type in the PC file name, of the journal you wish to import.

BUTTONS

Exit: Returns you to the IMPORT BUDGET OPTIONS menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
