The print contact sheets option from the Reports and Enquiries menu enables you to print information about Customers that require a follow-up. The information is gathered from the contact history file and a sheet per customer is produced.
Note: When you select the My desktop option you will have your diary displaying your contacts for today and any overdue contacts. This will allow you to drill down, e-mail or follow-up these contacts immediately without printing the information.
Exit: returns you to the Reports and Enquiries menu.
Multiple: allows a selection of options to be chosen to print several contacts sheets
Single: allows you to select individual customers or vehicles and print contact sheets.
Select multiple and you will need to select from the following options.
For tomorrow: will print contact sheets for each follow-up with tomorrow's date.
For a range of dates: will print contact sheets for a specified period. You will be required to enter a start date and an end date.
Once you have selected one of the above options you will need to select from the following options.
For a selection of executives: will print contact sheets for the executives that you toggle that have follow-ups that fall within the selected date(s), regardless of the location or department.
For executives in a department: will print contact sheets for executives in the location or department that you toggle that have follow-ups date that falls within the selected date(s). The system will toggle all executives, deselect by clicking on the line as required.
For executives at a location: will print contact sheets for executives in the location you toggle that have follow-ups that fall within the selected date(s). The system will toggle all executives, deselect by clicking on the line as required.
Note: If no contacts exist for your selection you will receive a message "No contact sheets found for this selection".
When you have made your selection you will able to Continue, this will print your selection of contact sheets. Re-select, will allow you to amend your selection or Abort, which will take you back to the main crm screen.
Select single to be taken into Customer Record, enter the customer name or record number, or select the vehicle icon and enter a vehicle registration or record number, exit from the screen.
You will need to select from the following options.
Single department: will print contact sheets for the selected customer or vehicle and the department that you toggle.
Tip: A quick way to access any option is to select the first letter on the keyboard, e.g. selecting S, will take you to single.
