Warning: Loading a saved selection clears any existing contents of the Database Cleansing form's grid.
To Recall a selection:
Select the File > Open... option on the Database Cleansing: Step 1 of 4 - Record Selection form's menu bar or the Open button 
on its toolbar.
The File Open form is displayed.
Select the grid line representing the de-duplication selection to recall.
The grid line highlights and the Load and Delete buttons become enabled.
Click the Load button.
The Database Cleansing form's Select Records grid is populated with any duplicate records found. However, the Search Filter form is immediately displayed.
This form is displayed when you select File > Open from the menu bar of the Database Cleansing form. It enables recall of a previously saved de-duplication selection and deletion of saved selections.

Saved selections
Type: Indicates the file category:
- Company
- Customer
- Vehicle
Magic: Selection record identifier
Merges: The number of nominated merge records (in one or more data files) defined by the selection. (Those records are for merging and subsequent deletion.)
Description: Text identifying the company, customer, or vehicle to which the de-duplication selection applies
PUSH BUTTONS:
Load: The recalled selection, represented by the selected (highlighted) Saved selections grid line, populates the Database Cleansing form's Current filter grid. However, the Search Filter form is immediately displayed.
Warning: The Delete button deletes the highlighted saved selection with no confirmation dialog.
Delete: Deletes the saved selection represented by the highlighted grid line
