Enquires Menu

The Enquiries menu from Reports and Enquiries allows to query information held within multiple fields of a file within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module. These enquiries are not as complex as report generator and generally only allow a search to be done on one file at a time. You can construct queries, display, print or graph the result of these queries. After the query has been formulated, it can be saved for future use as a personal item or as an enquiry which is globally available for all to use.

Ad-hoc enquires: Allows you to choose from all the available CRM files, once you have selected a file, the fields within this file will be available for you enquiry.

Vehicle selection by driver: Allows you direct access to the vehicle file, the fields for vehicles, and their related customers and companies are available for your enquiry. This option is using the DRVMAGIC link.

Vehicle selection by owner: Allows you direct access to the vehicle file, the fields for vehicles, and their related customers and companies are available for your enquiry. This option is using the SALMAGIC link

Vehicle selection by service: Allows you direct access to the vehicle file, the fields for vehicles, and their related customers and companies are available for your enquiry. This option is using AFTMAGIC

Customer selection: Allows you direct access to the customer file, the fields for customers and their related company are available for your enquiry.

Customer selection via locn: Allows you direct access to the customer file, the location for customers and their related company are available for your enquiry.

Contact selection: Allows you direct access to the contact file, the fields for contacts and their related customers, companies and vehicles are available for your enquiry.

Contact selection with archive: Enables direct enquiries to the contact history and their related customers companies and vehicles and contact history archive files. The contact history and contact history archive files are linked and are the results of the interrogation of both files.

Fleet spread selection: Allows you direct access to the fleet spread file, the fields for fleet spread and their related companies and customers are available for your enquiry.

Service history selection: Allows you direct access to the service history file, the fields for service history and their related vehicles, customers and companies are available for your enquiry.

Service history selection with archive: Enables direct access to the service history and service history archive files. The fields for service history, and their related vehicle, customer and companies are available for your enquiry. The service history and service history archive files are linked, any reported results are the results of the interrogation of both files.
