The Accidents Tab is used to hold accident management information that may be used within the Accident Management module for notational purposes, etc, for this company.
The following fields are displayed:
Insurance Broker CRM No.: The unique sequential record number for the Insurance Broker utilised by the currently selected company for accident management purposes. Selection of the
button enables a search of CRM records.
Insurance Company CRM No.: The unique sequential record number for the Insurance Company utilised by the currently selected company for accident management purposes. Selection of the
button enables a search of CRM records.
Hire Company CRM No.: The unique sequential record number for the Vehicle Rental Company utilised by the currently selected company for accident management purposes e.g. hiring a replacement vehicle for a vehicle damaged within an accident. Selection of the
button enables a search of CRM records.
ULR Agent CRM No.: The unique sequential record number for the Uninsured Losss Recovery Agent utilised by the currently selected company for accident management purposes. Selection of the
button enables a search of CRM records.
Policy Number: The selected company's insurance policy number.
Expiry Date: The expiry date of the insurance policy. The
button gives access to the standard calendar functionality.
Excess 1: The policy excess payable.
Excess 2: The second level of policy excess payable.
Note: There are two policy excess levels. For example, one excess level may be for young drivers under the age of 25 whilst the second level may be for more mature drivers. When the system comes to invoce the excess the it utilises the value in the Excess 2 field first as the default; if there is no value in this field it then picks up the value in the Excess 1 field.

button displays the various levels of cover that are available. Current valid options are as follows:
- Comprehensive
A comprehensive policy.
- TPFT
Third Party Fire and Theft.
- Third Party Only
A third party only policy.
Note: Dependent upon what selection is made for this field the system determines what can or cannot be recharged in the Estimates Record within the Accident Management module e.g. TPFT enables everything to be recharged.
Notes: Displays a free format notes section used to hold notes applicable to the selected company's accident management agreement.
Memo Text (1 - 6): Enables six lines of text to be entered which is to appear in the memo page within the accident management module.
Tip: Each of these fields are defined within the Memo Fields Tab in Vehicle Administration / System Maintenance / System Parameters.
For example, within the Text Field 1 Name (in the Memo Fields Tab in System Parameters) the user may enter Driver prefers Mail or Phone?; this then becomes a field called Driver prefers Mail or Phone?(1) in the Memos Tab.
Post To Fleet: Allows the recharges from accident management to go through the Fleet Invoice Pending file (Ipend). This will override the global flag in FB.params.
