The Booking Selection form can be accessed from the Loan Vehicle Diary By selecting a booking in the Loan vehicle diary grid. This form displays all your courtesy car bookings for a particular day.
Customer: Displays the name of the customer on the Loan vehicle booking
Date: Displays the date of the Loan vehicle booking
Time: Displays the time of the Loan vehicle booking
Stock No: Displays the stock number of the Loan vehicle
WIP (Status): Displays the WIP number and WIP status. This information will only be populated when a Courtesy booking in Point-of-Sale has been created.
SO co: Displays the Point-of-Sale company number. This information will only be populated when a Courtesy booking in Point-of-Sale has been created.
Description: Displays the registration number and description of the Loan vehicle
Actioned: Displays the date and time when the booking was started
Returned: Displays the date and time when the booking was returned
Create new booking: Allows you to create a booking when a customer and vehicle are on the WIP
PUSH BUTTONS:
Go to wip (If installed): Will load the WIP in Point of sale with the customer selected from the Booking Selection form
Note: The Go to wip button is not available when viewing the Loan vehicle diary in display mode.
Print All (If installed): Allows you to print a Courtesy vehicle booking list of all the bookings for the day
OK: Displays the Courtesy car booking form for the customer selected
Cancel: Takes you back to the Loan vehicle diary
Tip: A Courtesy car booking can be started from the Loan vehicle diary by selecting a booking and clicking OK to display the Courtesy car booking Start form.
