Accounts Codes Exclusions

As all sales are captured with Fastfit Reporting, you may have to exclude certain Sales Ledger accounts codes, such as internal accounts. You can exclude up to ten account codes.

To exclude Sales Ledger account codes from Fastfit Reporting:

  1. From the Operations Menu select Fastfit reporting followed by the name of the Point-of-Sale company you require.

    The Fastfit Reporting form is displayed.

  2. Click the Fastfit Reporting options button Parameters.gif on the form's toolbar or select Edit > Options on the menu bar.

    The Fastfit Reporting Options form is displayed with the Reporting options tab active.

  3. Select the Accounts tab.

    Fields for up to ten Sales Ledger account codes to exclude from Fastfit reporting and up to ten internal account types are displayed.

  4. To add an account number or an internal account type, click the appropriate field's ellipsis button, select the list entry you require and either double-click it or click OK.

    The account code number or type code letter is added, with a description next to it.

  5. To delete an entry, use the DELETE and BACKSPACE keys. When you have finished adding and deleting entries, click Save, or Cancel to cancel the changes you have made on the Accounts tab.

    You are returned to the Fastfit Reporting form with the account codes exclusion list updated as required.

Accounts Tab

Accounts to exclude:

This group box contains fields for up to ten Sales Ledger account codes to be excluded from Fastfit reporting.

Internal account types:

This group box contains fields for up to ten internal account types to be excluded from Fastfit reporting.

Buttons:

Cancel: Returns you to the Fastfit Reporting form, ignoring any changes you made on the Accounts tab.

Save: Returns you to the Fastfit Reporting form, saving any changes you made on the Accounts tab.
