Some labour lines, such as oil and MOTs, should not be modified by the Fastfit Reporting software as the final sales values will be incorrect. To prevent this, these types of labour RTS code should be put into an exclusions table.
To add to the list of RTS codes in the exclusions table:
From the Operations Menu select Fastfit reporting followed by the name of the Point-of-Sale company you require.
The Fastfit Reporting form is displayed.
Click the Fastfit Reporting options button 
on the form's toolbar or select Edit > Options on the menu bar.
The Fastfit Reporting Options form is displayed with the Reporting options tab active.
Select the Labour tab and click Add to add a labour RTS code to the exclusions table.
A Labour RTS Codes form is displayed.
Either enter the labour RTS code you require in the RTS Code field and press TAB, or click the field's ellipsis button to search from a list of RTS codes, then click OK.
The RTS code and its description are added to the exclusions table.
To delete an RTS code from the table:
Highlight the code and click Delete. When you have finished adding and deleting entries, click Save to save your changes to the exclusions table or Cancel to cancel them.
The RTS codes in the updated exclusions table will be excluded from Fastfit Reporting modifications.
RTS codes to exclude from Fastfit Reporting modifications:
RTS code: RTS code to be excluded from Fastfit Reporting modification.
Description: Identifies the RTS code.
RTS codes ... group buttons:
Add: Displays a Labour RTS Codes form, enabling you to add an RTS code to the exclusions table.
Delete: Deletes the highlighted RTS code from the exclusions table.
Buttons:
Cancel: Returns you to the Fastfit Reporting form, ignoring any changes you made to the exclusions table.
Save: Returns you to the Fastfit Reporting form, saving any changes you made to the exclusions table.
