File Transfer Records

You can find a particular file transfer record to load into the File Transfer Editor.

Loading a File Transfer Record

To load a file transfer record into the editor:

1. Follow the procedure Displaying the File Transfer Editor.

   The File Transfer Editor is displayed, all fields except File transfer record ID being unselectable.

2. Select File > Open record from the menu bar or click the File transfer record ID ellipsis button

   The Search File Transfer Records form is displayed.

3. Select the grid line representing the file transfer record to view, amend, or clone, and click the Load button.

   You are returned to the File Transfer Editor, containing the selected record, its fields non-editable.

Search File Transfer Records Form

This form is displayed when you click the File transfer record ID's ellipsis button or you select File > Open record from the menu bar of the File Transfer Editor. It enables you to select a file transfer record and load it into the editor.

GRID:

Record ID: Identifies a file transfer record

Company: Autoline Company number to which the transfer record applies

Description: Purpose of the transfer record, for example Rentals import

Disabled: A tick prevents transfers from using this record.
