Complexity Mapping is used to set specific labour rates and mark-up percentages for more complex jobs.
To set complexity mapping:
Click the Complexities icon on the Shortcuts sidebar on the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form.
The Complexity Mapping form is displayed.
When you have finished using the form click Close.
You are returned to the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form.
This form is displayed when you click the Complexities icon on the Shortcuts sidebar on the Vauxhall Aftersales Workbench Administrator form. It enables you to set specific labour rates and mark-up percentages for more complex jobs.
Grid:
Complexity: Level of complexity (Simple, Normal or Complex).
Labour rate: Labour rate set for this level of complexity.
Markup %: Mark-up percentage applied to the default labour rate for this level of complexity.
Double-click a line in the grid to edit the properties for that level of complexity.
