W-code: Numeric suffix identifying the warranty claim that the line represents
Note: Parts and labour lines with the same W-code are combined as a single warranty task.
RTS code: Scheduled labour code identifying the type of work carried out, used for task headers
Description: The type of work carried out
Value: Value of the labour task
Main op: Not required for all manufacturers.
Type: Identifies the labour category on the line - for example:
- [letter]: Scheduled labour
- [letter]: Non-scheduled labour
- O: Other (for example: sub-let work)
