When you have submitted a stock order file from Purchase Control, you must download it to the Batch Communications Module (BCM) PC from where it is automatically transferred to Ford.
To transfer a stock order file to Ford:
The system displays a dialog box prompting you to select an option.
The system downloads the stock order file from Autoline to the BCM PC.
Note: The stock order file is automatically submitted to Ford by a task on the gateway PC.
