An acknowledgement history for a specified dealer and ORBIT number can be displayed.
To review an acknowledgement history:
Select Tools > Search Acknowledgements on the menu bar of the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form or click the Search button 
on the form's toolbar.
The Search Acknowledgements form is displayed.
Select the required Dealer code and Acknowledgement no (ORBIT number), and click the Search button.
Tip: Click the Dealer drop-down button 
to select a dealer code. Click the Acknowledgement no (ORBIT number) Ellipsis button ![[...]](Ellipsis.gif){kind=small}
to select an acknowledgement number.
You are returned to the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form, its grid populated with acknowledgement records for the combination of dealer code and ORBIT number specified by your search criteria regardless of their status. They constitute an acknowledgement history corresponding to stages of vehicle build.
This form is displayed when you select the Search acknowledgements option from the Tools menu of the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form, or click the form's Search button.
Dealer: Dealer number, which you can select with the drop-down arrow
Acknowledgement no: Number of acknowledgement, which you can select with the ellipsis button
VSB ref: Vehicle Stockbooks reference number.
Buttons:
Search: Returns you to the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form, its grid populated with acknowledgement records for the specified combination of Dealer code and Acknowledgement no (ORBIT number)
Cancel: Returns you to the Vehicle Order Acknowledgements form
