The currently available stock is checked and the Surcharge Credit form is displayed, its appearance and function depending on whether or not the part has available stock.

If it has, you can specify whether or not the old part is being returned. If it has not, the surcharge credit line can be added when the part has been supplied and issued in Point-of-Sale.

Description: A description of the part
Quantity: Number of units required for the menu involved
Surcharge: Amount that is paid to the customer when the old unit is returned
Price without surcharge: Selling price of the part, excluding the surcharge
Price with surcharge: Selling price of the part, including the surcharge
PUSH BUTTONS (If there is currently available stock):
Yes: Adds the surcharge credit part to the Point-of-Sale form at either P status (Load parts at memo status not selected) or M status (Load parts at memo status selected), and displays the Service Menu Pricing Negotiation form
No: Has the effect of no surcharge credit part being added to the Point-of-Sale form, and displays the Service Menu Pricing Negotiation form
PUSH BUTTON (If there is no currently available stock):
Continue: Adds the part carrying the surcharge value to the Point-of-Sale form at the status code specified within the Status if not POS parameter, and displays the Service Menu Pricing Negotiation form
