WIP number: Identifies the work-in-progress record to which the claim belongs
Department: Department in Point-of-sale (for example workshop, parts or bodyshop)

Job number: Job card number
Date created: When the WIP was first created
Date due in: When the vehicle was due into the workshop
Date due out: When the vehicle was due out of the workshop
Service code: Type of work being carried out (for example WAR for Repair under warranty)
Vehicle details
Make/model: Make/model of the vehicle
Engine number: Vehicle engine identification number
Date first reg: When the vehicle was first registered
Mileage in: Mileage of the vehicle when it arrived at the workshop
Mileage out: Mileage of the vehicle when it left the workshop (includes road test mileage and so on)
