The GM-E Vehicle Creation form is displayed when you transfer a menu back to Point-of-Sale and the registration number/chassis number match the ones found on the Autoline Marketing (MK) database or the vehicle is not found on the MK database.
Different messages are displayed on the form depending on whether or not the vehicle was found on the MK database:
If the vehicle was found on the MK database, the following message is displayed: The selected vehicle has been found on your marketing database, the registration number and chassis number fields are automatically populated by the system, and the following prompt is displayed: Would you like to load it?
If the vehicle was not found on the MK database, the following message is displayed: The selected vehicle was not found on your marketing database, together with the prompt: Would you like to create it?
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Loads the vehicle in Point-of-Sale or creates the vehicle on the MK database.
