The RAPIDO EPC Interface form is displayed when you click the EPC button on a Point-of-Sale WIP. From this form, you can retrieve picking list files from the RAPIDO EPC and load parts onto a WIP.
Chassis number to EPC: The chassis (VIN) number entered on the RAPIDO EPC.
Wip number: The Point-of-Sale work-in-progress number.
EPC Input
When you click the drop-down menu a list of picking lists created on the RAPIDO EPC is displayed.
Part number: The DAF Trucks part number.
Description: A description of the part.
Qty: The number of parts required to carry out the work.
Stock: The total stock on hand.
Free: Free stock.
Disc%: The discount applied to each part.
Total: The total nett value of parts.
Load: Allows you to select the parts in the picking list that you want to load.
Note: If there are parts in stock a tick symbol automatically appears in the field.
Style
The legends displayed in this group box give you an indication of stock levels.
Tip: The legend displayed in this group box give you an indication of the colour coding used in the grid to indicate current status of parts stock.
PUSH BUTTONS
Load to Wip: Loads the parts in the picking list onto the WIP.
Cancel: Returns you to the POS WIP.
