This form is displayed on when you select the Variance breakdown right-click option from the grid on the Payment details tab on the PGCS Claim Payments form. It displays the differences between the values claimed by the dealer and those paid by the manufacturer.
Note: If the way that warranty claims are submitted is different from how Renault processes the Handling element, there will appear to be a variance on the Handling element.
Element: Component of the claim record, for example Labour, Parts, Lubricants, or Menus.
Claimed: Amount claimed for that element.
Paid: Amount paid for that element.
Variance: Difference between Claimed and Paid.
Total: Totals of the Claimed, Paid and Variance amounts in the elements listed.
