Transferring Files to Renault DCS

You can currently only submit stock order and warranty claim files to DCS.

To transfer files to DCS:

1. From the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu, select the DCS file transfer utilities option.

   The DCS FILE TRANSFER UTILITIES menu is displayed.

2. Select the Transfer files option.

   The system prompts you for the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.

3. Select the SO company.

   A dialog box is displayed prompting you to select the file type that you want to transfer to Renault.

4. Select the file type that you want to send.

   If the file transmits successfully, the message File transferred successfully is displayed.

5. Click OK.

   You are returned to the dialog box.

6. To return to the DCS FILE TRANSFER UTILITIES menu, click the Cancel button.
