This form is displayed when you click the Authorise menu icon on the Insert NL journal entries form. The Insert NL journal entries form is used to submit the journal to the responsible Finance Manager(s) for review and approval before it can be posted.
Reference: The reference of the journal. This field is non editable.
Total journal lines: The number of journal lines. This field is non editable.
Grid:
UserID: The user id of the user who created the journal. This field is non editable.
Name: The name of the user as per setup in the User Details form. This field is non editable.
Cost Cent.: The cost centre to which the user belongs to as per setup in the User Details form. This field is non editable.
Telephone: The extension number of the user as per setup in the User Details form. This field is non editable.
I.D: Enter the userid of the user required to review and approve the journal. The ellipsis button can also be selected to search for a user. Only users which have the priority to authorise will be available for selection.
Add: Add the selected user to the list of signatories grid.
Remove: Remove the selected user from the list of signatories grid.
Follow-up date: Enter a date on which to follow-up the processing of this journal.
