This menu is displayed when, from the Autoline Master Menu, you select Manufacturer systems > X4. Generic - CRM.
Access permissions, called priorities, determine whether a particular menu option is displayed or installed. Each menu option is assigned a priority when the program is installed. Your administrator assigns each user a priority. Any menu option whose priority is higher than your own is omitted from the menu. If you think you need access to a menu option described in this help but it does not appear in the actual menu, check with your administrator.
General Utilities: Enables access to various facilities including the Parameters and Controls editor.
Note to System Administrators: For system maintenance and security purposes, some content and function of the MS Utilities Menu requires an access priority of 9. Information regarding priority 9 functions is normally restricted. If you require assistance, please contact Autoline Software Support.
Generic CRM Parameters: Contains all parameter records, divided into: Campaign and CRM parameters. Enables you to display, modify and copy, these parameters.
Consolidate X4 files: Removes all records from the CRM documents table where the corresponding records in the core system table no longer exist.
Control document types: When you are doing a Showroom order, making an order confirmation, taking a showroom deposit or invoicing the vehicle, control documents required for the vehicle or target must be obtained. Error or warning messages are displayed if they are not in place. Autoline can provide a checklist of the progress codes and the documents that are needed to fulfil the requirement, and prevent processes from running unless the correct documents are in existence. This ensures that legal document requirements are fulfilled during the sales process, and that sales personnel cannot continue without the documents.
Document Control Type Setup: Enables you to manage Control Document types and Control Document type setup.
Clean up orphan contact links: Updates MK.conta and MK.coarc orphaned links to zero.
Event generation setup: Enables you to control event creation by preventing the creation of entries for particular events.
