Various use of campaigns in CRM might require you to amend the General Campaign Parameters.

General Campaign Parameters Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer-specific > X4. Generic - CRM > Generic CRM parameters and you browse to + Campaign parameters > + General Campaign Parameters > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It maintains General Campaign Parameters records for the selected company.

Export definition: Enter the export definition that is used as the report in campaigns. Using reports in campaigns gives you the flexibility to create your own reports and select exactly which customers you want to contact rather than using Marketing Campaign criteria or ad-hocs.

Note: If you want to use reports in campaigns you need to prepare the required report then start the Campaigns program.

Tip: If you are not sure about the name of the export definition (or report) that you want to use, click the ellipsis. A list of valid export definitions that are maintained in the gb_expor file is displayed. Double-click an entry to insert it into the Export definition field.
