In the event of an error discovered in the previous option, Verify VAT totals, and if after thorough investigation the VAT log file values are deemed to be correct, it is possible using this option to rebuild the header record statistics using the values from the log file with this option.
Warning: This action should only be taken after due consideration, and consultation with Software support.
To rebuild VAT totals:
From the Autoline master menu select the Nominal Ledger option and the company you require.
Select the VAT options option.
Select the Rebuild VAT totals option.
The Rebuild VAT totals form is displayed.
BUTTONS
Rebuild: Rebuilds the VAT totals. Once complete, the user will be informed of successful completion, and must then Exit.
Exit: Returns you to the NL VAT menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
