The Loan Vehicles Management Reports from the Reports and Enquiries menu is a useful tool that allows you to print reports giving you information such as loan transactions, vehicles out on loan
Note: The options available to you will depend on your user priority. Your priorities can be raised by your system administrator.
Loan vehicles list : Priority 5. Allows you to display, print or HTML a report that will list vehicles on fleet between specified dates, types, groups and branches. Find loan transaction : Priority 5. Allows you to display, print or HTML to find the transactions of loan vehicles by registration number and/or date. Loan vehicles out: Priority 5. Allows you to display, print or HTML to find vehicles that are currently out with a customer. This report is split into Overdue, Expected Today and Later. Average loan duration: Priority 5. Allows you to display, print or HTML to find vehicles active during a specified period, with completed loan numbers, durations and average, for each type of bookings e.g. Demos or Courtesy. Loan vehicle utilisation: Priority 5. Allows you to display, print or HTML a list of vehicles by group, with the loan utilisation rate (Courtesy only) for the specified period. Vehicle monthly declaration: Priority 5. Allows you to display, print or HTML a list vehicles used during a specified period with the number of loans (Courtesy only) and number of days used, split between those reaching the maximum monthly insurance charge and the others. Loan charges by vehicle: Priority 5. Allows you to display, print or HTML a list of Courtesy only vehicles used during a specified period with the number of loans, days used, insurance costs (including IPT) and loan charges to the customer (excluding fuel). Loan vehicles charges summary: Priority 5. Allows you to display, print or HTML a list of vehicles for a specified period, a summary of the insurance costs and loan charges to the customer, for each branch and group.
