This report is a printed list of all vehicles with the same registration number and provides the following information:
Registration Number
1st vehicle magic number
Created by user
2nd vehicle magic number
Created by user
Status of vehicle
Warning: Care should be taken when setting any vehicle records for deletion. You are required to detach any customers from the vehicle record and transfer any service history before setting the vehicle records for deletion.
To produce a duplicate vehicles report:
Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the CRM option and the Company required.
The CRM menu is displayed.
Select the Reports and enquiries option.
The CRM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Database cleansing option.
The CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu is displayed.
Select the Duplicate vehicles - Reg. no. option.
The Duplicate Vehicles - Regno (MK) form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
A report status is displayed, and the report is printed to the currently selected printer.
Click Close.
You are returned to the CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu.
This form is displayed when you select the Duplicate vehicles - Reg. no. option from the CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu.
Include blank Reg no.s (Y/N): Y to include vehicle records with no registration number inserted, or N to exclude blank registration numbers.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer
Cancel: Returns you to the CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu
Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
