This report displays all selected customer records for a particular letter batch.
There is no print out produced.
The report display has seven headings, as follows:
Contacted: Date when the contact was created
Seq No: Sequence number of the contact in the contact history file
Batch No: Batch identifier for the letters (if this is showing as zero then the contact was manually created via the customer record)
Customer: Customer record number against which a contact history record has been created
Title/initials/surname: Title, initials and surname from the customer record
Branch: Branch on the customer record link to the contact
User: Identity of the user who created the contact
To find the last batch for a letter:
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the CRM option and the Company required.
The CRM menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The CRM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Find last batch for a letter option.
The Find last batch for a letter form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The report is compiled and displayed.
Click Close.
You are returned to the Find last batch for a letter form.
Click Cancel.
You are returned to the CRM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
This form is displayed when you select the Find last batch for a letter option from the CRM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
Enter contact code for letter: Enter the 3-character code of the letter to be found.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Displays the report
Cancel: Returns you to the CRM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu
Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser
Schedule: This button is not enabled for this report
Add to batch: This button is not enabled for this report
