Unattached Vehicle Records Report

This report is a printed list of vehicles without a customer attached, and provides the following information:

• Vehicle magic number

• Registration number

• Date Created

• Creating user

• Date last edited

• Last editing user

Warning: Care should be taken when setting any vehicle records for deletion. Any service history will be deleted if not transferred to a duplicate vehicle record.

To produce an unattached vehicle records report:

Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.

1. From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the CRM option and the Company required.

   The CRM menu is displayed.

2. Select the Reports and enquiries option.

   The CRM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.

3. Select the Database cleansing option.

   The CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu is displayed.

4. Select the Unattached vehicle records option.

   The Unattached vehicles (MK) form is displayed.

5. Click OK.

   A report status is displayed, and the report is printed to the currently selected printer.

6. Click Close.

   You are returned to the CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu.

Unattached Vehicles (MK) Form

This form is displayed when you select the Unattached vehicle records option from the CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer

Cancel: Returns you to the CRM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu

Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group.
