This report lists courtesy vehicles only by group, with the loan utilisation rate for the specified period.
Note: When the report has been run in display mode you can navigate to the Loan vehicles history by double-clicking the line.
To produce a loan vehicle utilisation report:
From the Autoline Main Menu, select the CRM option.
The CRM Menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & Enquiries option.
The CRM Reports and Enquiries Menu is displayed.
Select the Loan vehicle reports option.
The Loan Vehicles Management Reports Menu is displayed.
Select the Loan vehicle utilisation option.
The Loan vehicle utilisation form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The report is compiled and output in the selected format
This form is displayed when you select the Loan vehicle utilisation option from the Loan Vehicles Management Reports Menu. It enables you to produce a report listing courtesy vehicles only by group, with the loan utilisation rate for the specified period.
Output type: Select an output type for the report from one of the following:
Print: Prints the report to the currently selected printer
Display: Displays the report
HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) format, to be viewed via the default browser
Note: The default setting for Output type is Display.
From date (O = On fleet date): Click the ellipsis button
or enter the date you require the report to run from. If no date is entered the system will selected all vehicles.
End date (O =Today): Click the ellipsis button
Include types (or * for all): Type of vehicles you wish to select, for example D for Demo, or * (asterisk) to select all types of vehicles
Exclude types (blank if none): Type of vehicles to exclude from this report, for example D for Demo, or blank to select all types
Include groups (or * for all): Group of vehicles you wish to select, for example A for Small vehicles, or * (asterisk) to select all groups of vehicles
Exclude groups (blank if none): Group of vehicles you require to exclude from this report, for example A for Small vehicles, or blank to select all groups. The option is used with the Include groups field.
Branch (or blank for all): Branch to report on, or blank for all branches
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Outputs the report in the selected format
Cancel: Returns you to Loan Vehicles Management Reports menu without printing or displaying the report
Help: Displays help on the current program
Schedule: Enables you to add this report to Timed operations through Configure schedule
Add to batch: Enables you to add this report to a batch of reports that can be run simultaneously either from the Batch Reports option in Report Generator or within Timed operations
