This report is used to produce a list of items within the Parts Stock File from the Stock Management module.
To run the Minute Parts Stock report:
From the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu, select the Renault Minute Reporting menu option.
The MINUTE REPORTING MENU is displayed.
Select the REw Minute Parts Stock option followed by the SO company if required.
The Minute Parts Stock form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The report is output in the specified format.
This form is displayed when you select the REw Minute Parts Stock option from the MINUTE REPORTING MENU. It enables you to produce a list of items within the Parts Stock File from the Stock Management module.
Output type: Enables you to specify the format in which the report is produced. One of:
Print: Sends the report to the currently selected printer
HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) format
Display: Displays the report (default)
Stock Management franchise code: Franchise code for the parts to be included, or blank to include all parts
and/or Description Filter: Used to produce a report listing only those parts whose description contains whatever is in this field (blank for no filtering)
Tip: If you use this field, you should be as specific as possible. If you enter oil, the results will include parts whose descriptions contain coil, spoiler and so on, so to list only oil filters, enter oil filter instead.
Zero stock BLANK=Non-zero only: Select (tick) to include in the report only parts where the Total stock quantity is currently zero, or leave blank to include only parts whose current Total stock quantity is not zero.
OPTION BUTTONS:
Select the appropriate option (radio) button to sort the report by:
Current stock level (default)
Average demand
Part number
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Runs the report
Cancel: Returns you to the MINUTE REPORTING MENU
Help: Displays this page in the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
