From the REPORT GENERATOR menu select Format Sationery > Dicts (on the text file ring menu).
The dictionaries page on the format definition form must match the files page of the report which ultimately runs this definition. They are named in the same way as those on the report. In this case the files do not have to be linked. The number of files permitted is not the same as that of the report, up to ten can be named. The files must be named so that the design of the page, which will normally included fields from a selection of files, can be laid out properly. Autoline needs to verify the type and size of the fields while the user is designing the format and this can only be done if the dictionaries that are being used have been named. The origin of the files is limited to those accessible to the module being used.
Note: Autoline only allows Format Stationery to be used on a single company. The features allowed on report definitions for multiple company report writing are not allowed while using Format Stationery.
