In order to set up a BACS payment run you first have to select the documents that you want your customers to pay. This process only selects documents for those accounts that are flagged on the BACS Tab of the Account Header to make BACS payments. The other fields on this tab of the Header record also have to be completed correctly.
Note: This process cannot select documents for payment if the Account Header is set-up incorrectly for BACS Payments.
The following fields need to be completed before you can select the required documents.
Due cut-off date: |
Enter the date of documents that are now due for settlement. Click the Ellipsis ![]() |
VAT Group: |
This field contains the VAT Group for the Base Currency. However, you can amend this to another VAT Group. Click the Ellipsis ![]() |
Currency: |
This field contains the Base Currency for your System. However you can amend this to another Currency. Click the Ellipsis ![]() |
Include Adjustments: |
Select this box if you want to include 'A'djustment type documents in your selection. |
Miscellaneous Reference: |
Enter a Miscellaneous Reference if you want to select documents with a specific Reference only. Leave blank if you want all Miscellaneous References to be selected. |
Select Analysis Range |
Enter an Analysis Code Range to further restrict which Accounts are considered for selection. Leave both fields blank if you require all eligible accounts and documents. |
BUTTONS
Select docs: After completing the form click this button and Autoline will select the appropriate documents and flag each one with D status.
Exit: This button exits the process and returns you to the Bacs Processing Menu.
