Central reprint of SL daybooks

In some group environments, daybooks are being printed in real-time at a branch level. In this situation it may be desirable to have another copy reprinted centrally in ones Head Office. This Central re-print process would normally be run as part the Timed operations End-of-Day. Whether this facility is available is controlled by two Nominal Ledger system parameters 'Reprint immediate daybooks at end of day' and 'Reprint module daybooks at end of day'. The first parameter refers to daybooks generated directly on exit of functions that have print daybook options available. The second parameter refers to daybooks printed from the modules print daybooks options.

This option will re-print all of the daybooks on Autoline that have been flagged as requiring Central Re-print according to the parameters mentioned above. It will print to the assigned printer if daybook printing is not suppressed. It will not print daybooks which have not yet been processed using the Print daybook option or the Print all daybooks option.

Before executing this function ensure that a suitable printer is selected. If the printer assigned to your terminal is not appropriate then change it by Clicking the Change button in the Printer area at the bottom of the menu. Check that the printer is online and that adequate stationery supplies are available.
