This tab is on the Display Customer Account Details form and is an option available if set in the system parameters.
On selecting the History tab from the Display Customer Account Details form, you will be shown the details of the account over the previous period and the preceding twenty-four periods, in the currency of the account. The account history is presented under the following radio buttons.
Turnover
Select the Turnover radio button to express the value as turnover in the account for each of the periods.
Outstanding
Select the Outstanding radio button to express the value as the outstanding balances in the account for each of the periods.
Items
Select the Items radio button to express the value as the number of outstanding items for each period.
Average age
Select the Average age radio button to express the value as the average age of debt in days.
Average age here is defined as the sum of the Invoice values multiplied by age in days, divided by Account total Invoice value.
