The posting date of the row selected controls the drill facility.

| In Previous Nominal period within Current Accounting year | NL Division selection | Displays the NL Divisional selection form and having selected a Division will display the Search results form with all the postings made on the same Daybook and Item of the selected row for the selected division. If there is only one division for the Nominal Ledger you will be presented with the Search Results form thus by passing the Divisional selection form. |
| In Previous Accounting year | Accounting Year selection | Displays the NL Accounting Year selection form and having selected a Year will display the NL Divisional selection form and having selected a Division will display the Search results form with all the postings made on the same Daybook and Item of the selected row for the selected division in the selected Accounting Year. If there is only one division for the Nominal Ledger you will be presented with the Search Results form thus by passing the Divisional selection form. |
If the drill is successful using your selected path, you will be presented with the Search results form which will contain the details of the transactions found. Additionally there will be the following buttons which are enabled dependant upon further information being present.

This button allows you to display further details about the selected row from the search results form. |
Document |
If the Document button is enabled you have the ability to retrieve the Document Archive Image for the selected row and Output the image in four different ways. |
Close |
The close button takes you back to the Allocated payments form. |
If you wish to Sub Total the displayed transactions by Nominal Account code
then click the Sub total on account check box.
Note: This check box if clicked again will return the screen to the transaction details.
