The sensitive parts parameters allows for an email ID/ Group to be defined for the purpose of sending emails with regard to the creation, amendment or sales of sensitive parts.
To access Sensitive Parts Parameters:
From the Sensitive Parts Generation form, click the Parameters button.
The Sensitive Parts Parameters form is displayed.
The Sensitive Parts Parameters form is displayed when you select the Parameters button from the Sensitive Parts Generation form.
The form allows the entry an email ID / group to be entered that will be used to send emails when sensitive parts are created or amended via the Sensitive Parts Generation option and, under certain conditions, when sold via Point of Sale.
Enter a Mail user/group to be used.
Note:The mail user/ group defined here will override the Stock controller ID in the Stock Management system parameters being used as the email ID should they be different.
