Displaying Inter-Company Transfers

The I.C.T. list option allows you to monitor any Inter-Company Transfer requests placed on your branch by other branches on the same system. If any requests have been made, a record of each request is displayed in a grid. From this list you can select and load any WIP that you are ready to invoice.

The presence of Inter-Company Transfer requests may also be drawn to the operator's attention through the use of E-mail. In this case, the E-mail address of the ICT recipient must be identified in the ICT recipient field on the Depot Details 1 tab of the depot file.

To display an ICT request:

  1. Access Point-of-Sale.

  2. Select the View I.C.T. list option from the View menu.

The ICT Details form is displayed

  3. Select the WIP that you want to invoice.

The system loads the selected WIP.

Note: You can now process and invoice the ICT request in the normal way.
