The Vehicle service history form displays details of documentation recorded against the vehicle (Change of owner, Invoices, Credits, VHC Print) detailing parts, costs and enables the reprinting of such documents from within POS.

This form is displayed when you click
Point-of-Sale menu > Point-of-Sale > Service History
Service History Area:
Code: Display's the Service Code selected when the service history was created from Point of Sale.
Date: Display's the date of service history was created.
Mileage: Display's the mileage of the vehicle when the service history was created.
Details: Display's the details of the created service history.
WIP: Display's the POS Work In Progress number
Account: Display's the account the POS WIP.
Value: Displays the total value of the POS WIP.
Invoice: Display's the Invoice or Credit number of the POS WIP.
Job No:
Branch: Display's the branch location that the Invoice or Credit was raised.
Buttons:
Filter: Enables the filtration of documents by Code, Account or Branch.
DOCUMENT: Enables the Manual maintenance of documentation which is additional to the vehicle service history.
OK: Returns to the main Point-of-Sale WIP.
To select a filter:
Clicking the Filter button displays the Service history filter form, which enables the user entry of the required filter criteria
To manually maintain a document:
Click the DOCUMENT button to Manually maintain documentation which is additional to the vehicle service history.
To Print / view a document:
Right clicking the Service History record displays a list of the available options for printing / viewing of documents associated with the vehicle.
