Printing Job Cards

The Print job cards option allows you to print job cards for vehicles due in on a specific date. It is better policy to leave the job card until the customer arrives to allow last minute editing of any details and thus produce an accurately printed job card for the customer's signature. Remember that eventually everything will need to be typed in, so to start off right will have distinct advantages later on.

Note: When printing the Job Card it is possible for the VHC report to be printed at the same time, this is achieved by switching on the POS parameters > Other Details Tab > Print VHC Report.
