The Consolidate SR Quotes form is displayed when you select the Consolidate files option from the SR System Maintenance Menu.
This routine is provided to check the status of all of the records held in the Showroom quotations file and comparing the last edited date held for each type of quotation against the system parameters - retention tab., removing any records which are no longer required, and move any closed records to the status at which they can be deleted. The program is designed to run automatically as part of the Timed operations schedule.
Buttons:
Delete Quotes: Purge all quotes in the Showroom module.
Delete and Tidy: Purge all quotes from the Showroom module and tidy them up by removing any data now not relevant.
Cancel: Returns you to the SR System Maintenance Menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
