The Vehicle Handover form (if installed) can be accessed within Autoline CRM, Showroom or the Manufacturer module and allows the administration and preparation teams to maintain outstanding tasks on a vehicle delivery

Note: When a delivery date is entered in the Showroom module the Vehicle Handover Diary displays allowing a booking to be created for the preparation and delivery of a vehicle. The only fields that can be entered on this form are the Insurance Type, Taxation method and Registration number.
Handover exec/status: This field cannot be amended and displays the user responsible for the vehicle handover. This is followed by 'B'ooked or 'C'ompleted.
Vehicle passed to Workshop: Enter the date that the vehicle has been passed to the workshop.
Deal passed to Administration: Enter the date that the deal has been passed to the administration.
Handover date/time: This field will be populated with the date and time of the handover booking.
Handover duration: This field will be populated with the time in minutes allowed for the booking and defined in the Handover parameters.
Quote magic: This field will be populated with the Showroom quote number.
Quote Details
Customer name: This field will be populated with the customer name on the showroom quote/order. Click the icon to display the customer contact details.
Vehicle description : This field will be populated with the vehicle description on the showroom quote/order.
Reg No/Colour : This field will be populated with the reg number and colour entered on the showroom quote/order.
Chassis No : This field will be populated with the chassis number entered on the showroom quote/order.
Cash/Finance : This field will be populated with Cash or the Finance company entered on the showroom quote/order.
Sales advisor : This filed will be populated with the sales executive entered on the showroom quote/order.
Progress/Location : This field will be populated with the progress code and location of the vehicle entered on the showroom quote/order.
MOT expiry date : This field will be populated with the vehicle MOT expiry date entered on the quote/order.
Note: Further fields may display if options within franchise data have been entered in the vehicle Handover parameters
Handover Details
Insurance type Select the Insurance Type data.
Insurance received: Enter the date the Insurance is received from the customer.
Taxation method : Select the Taxation method.
Taxation complete : When the vehicle has been taxed enter the date.
Registration number : Enter the vehicle registration number.
Pre del contact/date :Click the to select one of the hard coded options, None, Message, E-mail, SMS, Attempted, Done. Enter the date that the customer has bene contacted.
Finance status : If the customer is having finance click the to select one of the hard coded options, Approved, Terms.
Finance terms : Enter the customers finance terms if applicable.
Requirements for Delivery : When a quote or order is printed within Showroom the sales executive has the ability to request work to be carried out on the vehicle by clicking into the box. These requirements are set up in Handover parameters.
Requirements Complete : Click into the box when the requested work has been carried out on the vehicle.
Delivery notes and Completion notes are free text fields to record information about the vehicle.
