Vehicle Handover Diary

The Vehicle Handover Diary (if installed) can be accessed within Autoline CRM, Showroom or the Manufacturer systems module. The Handover diary is an integrated delivery diary to manage handover slots for sold vehicles. It is part of the order creation process in the Showroom module and allows the administration and preparation teams to maintain outstanding tasks.

File > Exit		Returns to the previous form
Navigate > Further back		Further back displays the vehicle handover diary for previous dates/times.
Navigate > Back		Back displays the vehicle handover diary for previous dates/times.
Navigate > Today		Today displays the vehicle handover diary for Todays date.
Navigate > Forward		Forward displays the vehicle handover diary for future dates/times.
Navigate > Further Forward		Further Forward displays the vehicle handover diary for future dates/times.
Navigate > Go to date		Displays the calendar allowing a date to be selected to display in the vehicle handover diary.
View > Period > Daily		Displays the vehicle handover diary in a daily view.
View > Period > Weekly		Displays the vehicle handover diary in a weekly view.
View > Period > Monthly		Displays the vehicle handover diary in a monthly view.
View > Mode > Bookings/Hours		This displays the vehicle handover diary to be viewed by the Bookings or the Hours booked.
Tools > Search		Select Search to find vehicle handover bookings
Tools > Maintain teams	-	This allows the set up of shifts for the vehicle handover team members that have been selected in CRM teams
Tools > Maintain shifts	-	This allows the set up of shifts for the vehicle handover teams. For example, Weekdays,Weekends.
Tools > Admin diary	-	The adminstration diary displays.
Tools > Legend	-	The vehicle handover legend displays a key to the grid Yellow - Available to book for a vehicle handover. Green - Partly--booked for a vehicle handover. Blue - Fully booked for a vehicle handover. Red - Overbooked for vehicle handovers. Light grey - Un-available to book for vehicle handovers. Dark grey - Not on this shift for vehicle handovers.

The grid displays different options depending on which module you are accessing the vehicle handover diary from.

When entering the delivery date on a quote or order raised in the Showroom module right clicking allows you to Create a booking.

Accessing the vehicle handover form from CRM , Manufacturer systems or Showroom enquires right click to move a vehicle handover booking or double click to update Vehicle handover details.
