Reset in-progress quotes

The Reset Quote-in-progress Flags form is displayed when you select the Reset in-progress quotes option from the SR System Maintenance Menu.

When a enquiry is stored in progress in Showroom it will add a marker into the quotations file, this will identify that this enquiry has been stored in-progress. It does not change the status of the enquiry in any way so the enquiry will still have a status of "E".

In progress enquiries can be recalled using the Find Customer Enquiry option.

When the reset in-progress option is taken any enquiries that have the marker against them will have it removed and they will no longer show when using the recall in-progress option in the Find Customer Enquiry option.

Buttons:

OK: Will remove the in-progress marker held against all enquiries.

Cancel: Returns you to the SR System Maintenance Menu.

Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
