Warning: Never run this option unless you are sure the user is no longer using Autoline within Showroom. If unsure please consult your systems administrator or support.
There may be occasions where users crash out of the system or switches off the terminal without signing out properly, this will leave what is called a partition lock. If a user does this is Showroom when in the middle of a process it may cause a problem re entering the same details again, a message may be displayed on the users screen to say "The vehicle you are trying to select is being used on other terminals - the details are below."

User ID: The sign in name of the user.
Name: The full name of the user.
Date: Date of the lock.
Time: Time of the lock.
Enquiry: The Showroom enquiry number if applicable.
Company: The company of the users.
In Progress?: Is the lock caused by a user that is using this vehicle at then moment. If so do not run this option.
Status: The status of the enquiry e.g. E for estimate or Q for quote.
Partition: The partition number of the user.
When first selection remove partition lock 3 options will be displayed.
Abort: Will return you to the SR system maintenance screen.
All partitions: Will run the option and return you to the SR System Maintenance menu.
Specific partition: Will open the remove specific partition lock screen.
This option will remove the lock on all the partitions that are locked and the return you to the SR System Maintenance menu.
This option will remove the lock on only the entered partition number. Enter the required number and click OK, if the partition is not found a message will prompt or if it is successfully removed you will be sent back to Select item from menu to re select another terminal or abort to exit.
Buttons:
OK: Confirms the removal of the entered partition.
Cancel: Cancels returns you to the SR System Maintenance Menu
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
