This form is displayed after the Delivery Information form, in both the new and used vehicle quotation process, the customer has a current vehicle that has been previously valued.
Two grids are displayed: Valuations available and Previous valuations.
The Valuations available grid contains valuations that can be selected and used for specifying trade-ins. To do so, click on a row in the grid and select the Include values option from the File menu or click the 
toolbar icon.
Alternatively, to proceed without a valuation, select Continue or click the 
icon.
The following information is displayed on this grid:
Reference: The fully adjusted valuation price.
S: The status of the quotation during which the valuation was created.
Date: The date on which valuation was created.
Location: The branch where the valuation was created.
Valuer: The user that created the valuation.
Allowance: The offer price.
The Previous valuations grid contains valuations that have expired, according to the number of days set in System parameters for which valuations remain valid. These valuations are presented here for your information only. They cannot be selected.
