The Master calendar form is displayed when you select the Maintain master calendar option from the Management menu in System Utilities. This form enables you to create, open, copy, amend, and delete calendars. After Set weekends has been completed, the weekends are highlighted in yellow. Left click any day on the grid to display the date on the bottom left part of the form in Day, Date, Month, and Year order.

Calendar grid
The grid displays the calendar in week by week form, with the current day in red.
To change any date into a Day Code Key in the calendar grid:
A dialog box with your day codes is displayed.
The day you selected has changed colour to that Day Code.
Note: You can have multiple Day Codes on one day, these will be displayed in grey.
To amend any date that you have set in the calendar grid:
The Day Code for that day is selected.

Set weekends: Click this once to set the weekends for the calendar
Back & Next: Takes you forward or backward week by week.
Set up your Calendar day codes from the SU/Management menu. For example; WE could be used for Weekend and PH for Public holiday. These are the minimum codes that you need to use as parameters in System Controls.
SU/Kerridge menu/System Controls/General tab. Add your weekday and bank/public holiday code.
SU/Management menu/Maintain master calendar. Click on the Set weekends button, this will set the weekends up which will be displayed in yellow. See the Calendar grid for more information on how to set your bank/public holidays up.
