Deleting Archived Spool Reports

To delete archived reports:

1. From the Master Menu, select System Utilities > Spool Utilities > Delete archived reports.

   The Delete Archived Reports form is displayed.

2. Select a spooler from the drop-down list.

   The Year(s) of the report(s) to be deleted is/are displayed.

3. Select a year.

   Note: A year and a period must be selected before a period can be deleted.

   The month(s) of the report(s) to be deleted is/are displayed.

4. Select a month.

   That enables the Delete all reports toolbar button.

5. Either click the Delete all reports toolbar button or select the Process > Delete all reports menu bar command.

   The reports required for deletion are deleted.

Delete Archived Reports Form

The Delete Archived Reports form is displayed when you click System Utilities > SPOOL UTILITIES MENU > Delete archived reports.

Menu Bar and Toolbar

Menu	Button	Description
File > Help		Displays help about the Delete Archived Reports program (including the page you are reading).
File > Exit		Exits the Delete Archived Reports form to the SPOOL UTILITIES menu.
Process > Delete all reports		Deletes all archived spool reports for the selected month and year(s).
