The consolidate vehicle archive form is displayed when the Consolidate archived vehicles option is selected from the VS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE MENU.
The consolidate vehicle archive form deletes old records from the VSB archive files, based on the system parameter for the number of days to retain archive records.
To Consolidate archived vehicles:
Click the OK button to Consolidate archived vehicles.
The Consolidation of archived vehicles begins. When processing has been completed, the VS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE MENU is displayed.
BUTTONS
OK: Begins to delete old records.
Cancel: Returns you to the VS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE MENU.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
