This form is displayed when you click the Graph button on the Workshop Load form.
The Graph displays the Capacity hours for each skill against each resource and the Assigned and Unassigned hours already booked for the current day.
Colours
Description
Blue Capacity: The total hours of each skill that can be booked for the current day
Green Assigned: The total Assigned hours booked against each skill for the current day
Cyan Unassigned: The total Unassigned hours booked against each skill for the current day
PUSH BUTTONS:
Date buttons: You can click the date buttons to move forward to future dates. The graph defaults to today's date and cannot go into the past.
OK: Returns you to the Workshop Load form
Cancel: Closes the graph
Note: The graph Capacity hours do not reduce as time goes by during the day. It is just a graphical view of the total capacity hours of each skill per resource.
Tip: Technicians who have a high efficiency and their work loaded as assigned can cause the graph to reflect an over-booking situation.
