Introduction

The Generic Data Extract facility is a method of exporting basic data files from the Autoline system in a predetermined reporting format for transfer to the manufacturer via a PC hard disk or remote networked server.

This allows dealers to produce Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) reports that they are required to submit to the manufacturer on a regular basis, and other forms of sales/ customer related information (e.g. service histories, parts movements).

Set-up

Before you can generate an extract ensure that the Autoline system is set up correctly.
